Alycea Anderson has spent the majority of her professional life in account management, retention and acquisition.
Beginning in sales, Ms. Anderson moved from warehouse production for a small cartography company, into the office and increased the gross sales by 150% in the first year. Ms. Anderson helped grow the garage business, Roadrunner Maps, to an icon rivaling national brands.
In 2000, Ms. Anderson moved into real estate becoming the top Leasing Associate for BRE Properties. In 2002 she began her career as a loan officer and moved into processing a year later.
In 2005, Ms. Anderson co-owned and was Operations Manager for Seattle based I-processing, an independent loan processing company. She and her business partner developed a streamlined process and communication portal for brokers, real estate agents, lenders, title and escrow and borrowers to view the status of the loan. All parties were able to upload documents vital to underwriting and closing without any communication errors.
A natural communicator, Ms. Anderson specializes in residential closings.
