Hiring Cycle

Our group identifies all businesses by account. For larger accounts, we will institute the following hiring cycle:

For 10 closings per month or $ 10,000 in net premiums, our office will hire a dedicated agent.

For 15 closings per month or $ 15,000 in net premiums, we will open a new office.

For 20 closings per month or $ 20,000 in net premiums, we will hire a licensed title and escrow officer.

The cycle will repeat at 30, 50, 70 and so forth.
